Origins and Genetic Background of this Nova dual strain

While the exact lineage can vary depending on the grower or product form, the inspiration behind this strain is easy to understand.

Hawaiian Punch strains are typically known for their tropical fruit profiles and uplifting effects. They often bring notes of pineapple, citrus, and mixed tropical fruits, paired with a light, energising high that can boost mood and creativity.

Frosted Strawberry, on the other hand, leans more toward the sweet and calming side. It’s often associated with dessert-like flavours—think ripe strawberries dusted with sugar—and a gentle, relaxing body high that helps take the edge off without being overly sedating.

When these two are combined, you get a hybrid that captures the best of both worlds: a bright, fruity opening with a soft, soothing finish.

Appearance: Colorful, Frosty, and Inviting

The visual appeal of the Hawaiian Punch + Frosted Strawberry strain is hard to ignore.

The buds are typically the following:

• Dense and slightly sticky
• A vibrant mix of bright green with hints of pink or purple
• Covered in a thick layer of frosty trichomes

The trichomes give the buds a sparkling, almost sugar-coated look—fitting for a strain with “frosted” in its name. Bright orange pistils weave through the surface, adding contrast and enhancing the overall visual appeal.

It’s the kind of strain that looks as good as it smells—and that’s saying something.

Aroma: Tropical Fruit Meets Sweet Berry

Open a jar of this strain, and the aroma immediately fills the air.

• Tropical fruit notes hit first—pineapple, citrus, and hints of mango
• Sweet strawberry undertones follow, adding a soft, sugary layer
• A subtle earthy base keeps the scent grounded

The combination is both vibrant and comforting. It’s not overly sharp or overwhelming, but it’s definitely noticeable and inviting.

For many users, the aroma alone is enough to make this strain stand out.

Flavor Profile: Smooth, Sweet, and Refreshing

The flavour of Hawaiian Punch + Frosted Strawberry is where it truly shines.

On the inhale:

• A burst of tropical fruit—juicy, tangy, and slightly citrussy.

On the exhale:

• Sweet strawberry with a smooth, creamy finish

The taste often lingers on the palate, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that feels more like a dessert or fruit drink than a traditional cannabis strain. The smoke or vapour is typically smooth, making it easy to enjoy without harshness.
